What happens to my Mostad account and do I need to create a Tenenz account?

If you have ordered products from Tenenz in the past, please use your current Tenenz account number. If you have never ordered from Tenenz, you will need to create a new customer account online. After establishing a new account, your online order history will be available going forward. Creating a new online account allows for:

Will the products I purchased last year be available?

Mostad's most popular products have been merged into the Tenenz.com web site. A few products that are no longer popular have been discontinued. To help find products, there is a search function where you can simply enter a Mostad product code or description and it will bring you to your product category for easy ordering. You can also find Mostad products and many new ones using the site's navigation system. Spend a few minutes browsing our new selections.

What is changing with the pricing?

One of the limitations of the Mostad’s old system was the requirement that you needed to order exact quantities as noted in our catalog or on the web site. That limitation is now gone. Each product now allows you to order pre-defined quantity amounts with volume based discounting built in. Some products are sold in eaches, others in quantities of 25 or 50, while still others in convenient packages. Now all with a low price guarantee.

What will happen to mostad.com?

The Mostad.com site home page and bookmarked pages will now be automatically redirected to Tenenz.com. In reviewing both web sites, it made sense to use the Tenenz.com platform because of new functionality not available on mostad.com. These include:

  • Access to E-check. An ACH secure check billing function that saves you 5% on each web order.
  • Access to web to print technology. This allows you to see your imprint and your changes in real time. You now know what your imprint will look like before it is produced.
  • Access to 1700 more products. Tax forms, folios, greeting cards, account papers, checks and more are now available to you and your firm. All with a low price guarantee.

What about my custom imprint and logo?

All historic imprint files are retained and consolidated within your new account. So rest assured the imprint information you currently use will be applied to any new order. While this historic information will not be immediately available through your website account, over time you can control your entire imprint library online.

Will my order history be available?

Both Tenenz.com and Mostad.com order history is merged into Tenenz Customer Service files to assist you with your reorders. While this order history will not be online at this time, it is available to us to assist you with any question you may have.

Will my subscription service continue automatically?

Yes. We know how important consistent client contact is to your firm. We have your records and will fulfill your subscription service(s) with the same quality and efficiency you have experienced over the years. One of the benefits of this change is ready access to more modern platforms. So over time you will see more improvements to your product offerings. As an example, The Information Station article library now has double the content, the ability to email articles, the ability to sort articles and access to a new client notification system. All at the same price as before.
